Overview
The one screen every HR/benefits admin logs into. It answers three questions at a glance: is my census syncing correctly, is my population using this, and is it working.
Privacy commitment: No individually identifiable member data anywhere on this portal — every number is aggregate, gated by the same k-anonymity suppression threshold established in the Ecosystem Blueprint. Sync status surfaces the full reconciliation summary (N added, N terminated, N changed, N errored), not a simplified version.
Navigation: Overview → Eligibility Management → Reporting. Billing is a Scale-Tier addition and is not linked until it exists.
